Do I need prior experience? +
No. Our Beginner track starts from the fundamentals (structure, breath, pacing, and clarity) with guided practice. You’ll receive prompts and templates so you never “start from a blank page.”
Are courses live or self-paced? +
We offer both: self-paced modules for technique and live online sessions for coaching and feedback. Many learners combine them: modules during the week + live practice for real-time improvements.
Do you provide certificates? +
Yes. After successful completion, you can download a shareable certificate. If you need your name formatted a specific way, include it in your message and we’ll update it.
What’s included in feedback? +
Feedback covers structure (hook, transitions, close), clarity, filler words, pacing, gestures, and audience engagement. For live sessions you’ll also get targeted drills to fix the top 1–2 issues fast.
Can I switch tracks (Beginner → Intermediate)? +
Usually yes. If you complete the key checkpoints (short talk + Q&A exercise), we can recommend the next track. If you’re unsure, ask in the modal and we’ll advise based on your goals.
Do you have refunds? +
Refund eligibility depends on the program type and usage (e.g., attended sessions or unlocked materials). Send your order email and we’ll respond with the exact options available for your case.
Do you offer corporate or team training? +
Yes. We can run a custom program (presentation structure, executive presence, Q&A handling) and tailor it to your team’s domain. Use the “Ask a Question” form and mention team size + timeframe.
How much time should I plan per week? +
Most learners see progress with 60–120 minutes/week: one short lesson + one focused rehearsal. Consistency beats long sessions—10 minutes/day works extremely well for speaking skills.
Can I ask questions between sessions? +
Yes. Use the quick-question form on this page and include context (topic, audience, time limit). The more specific your constraints, the better the advice.
