2. Accounts
You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or use.
- Do not share account access. Your access is personal unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Payments & Access
Prices, fees, and what is included are shown before checkout. Payment (if applicable) must be received before access to paid content is granted.
Non-transferable access: Digital access and licenses are personal to the purchasing user and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
Availability: Live sessions, schedules, and course libraries may change, and we may update course content over time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In live sessions and community spaces, you must act respectfully and comply with applicable laws.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Unlawful, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior.
- Posting or sharing infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing access controls.
We may take action if:
- We believe your conduct is harmful to users, instructors, or the Service.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome from participation in courses, coaching, or exercises. Your results depend on your effort, prior experience, and many factors outside our control.

All course materials, text, videos, audio, exercises, and downloadable resources are owned by VividLine or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the materials for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only, unless explicitly authorized in writing. You may not copy, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from course materials.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, harmed other users, or created risk for the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Certain sections of these Terms, by their nature, survive termination, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitation-of-liability concepts to the extent permitted by law.
